What do I do if I need to return something?
If for some reason we sent you the wrong item, the item arrives damaged, or it has some kind of defect we will replace it for you within 40 days of ordering. We do not typically offer returns on sizing due to U.S health sanitary codes, fleas, ticks and other Pet bacteria known to man. Please measure your pet and pay attention to our size guides. We will accept One return per order with a 20% restocking fee. Customer will pay return shipping back to us in Los Angeles, CA. Please measure your dog and make sure you are ordering the right size FOR OUR items. THEY ARE CUSTOM items and each item has a size guide for you to check, a size calculator and also emails informing you that they run small. Every brand has different sizing. They are not the typical size and run smaller than other items you purchased. We understand that sometimes things happen and we are here to help. Just send us a friendly email. We can arrange a return shipping label for you in the case of defective items or wrong items were shipped. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and send you a new one. We do not offer returns due to don’t like it, changed your mind, found it cheaper, etc., Please measure your pets and pick the right sizes on our size guides. All products are custom and have their own Size Guides that are typically measured in CM. They do run smaller than most typical Dog clothes so it’s always better to buy 1-3 Sizes up than smaller. Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. Items marked down for sale below 30% or wholesale orders are not returnable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS RETURNED TO SENDER, UNCLAIMED, OR REFUSED?
In the event that your order is returned to us marked as “Return to Sender,” “Unclaimed” or “Refused,” you will be contacted immediately and a reshipping fee must be paid. Please note that the reshipping fee and the initial shipping fee may vary depending on the delivery address and method.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information including phone number. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
Drippy Pets does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please Note: If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Drippy Pets will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped out.
- Buyer no longer wants the items. This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Drippy Pets. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else. Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
YOU SHIPPED A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM TO ME
This rarely happens, however in the event that we ship the wrong style or size from what was ordered or a defective item, we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label and re-ship a new one to you.
