RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy is simple: If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your Drippy Pets clothes, you can exchange Unworn items in the same condition that you received it in, within 30 Days. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging (without dog hair). Used products or washed products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for an exchange.
Exchange is free on your 1st order*! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
For additional exchanges, you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost before we send out your exchanged item(s). As all of our sizes are priced differently, you will be credited or charged only the difference of the garment after the item has been received at the warehouse.
*Free exchange only applies to apparel and walk items (same style different size). Excludes beds and chain collars.
What do I do if I need to return something?
Give our friendly customer service team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or a call at: (877) 938-0238 and we will arrange a Return Auth# and the Address to ship your item back to. Processing time for returns take 7-14 Days. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and send you a new one.
Please measure your Dog and check the size guides, as all products are custom and have their own Size Guides that are typically measured in CM. This will save you time in getting a return or exchange.
They do run smaller than most typical Dog clothes so it’s always better to buy 1-3 Sizes up than normal!
All items must be in new, un-worn condition. Please email us if you have an exchange request.
All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
There will be a 15% Restocking fee for all exchanges. Drippy Pets does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. We allow return & exchanges for the USA and Canada only. There are no returns or exchanges applicable for other countries.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. For size exchanges, we do not ship the new size out until we have received the product in hand.
YOU SHIPPED A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM TO ME
This rarely happens, however in the event that we ship the wrong style or size from what was ordered or a defective item, we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label and re-ship a new one to you. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com, so we can arrange a Reship.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. Drippy pets are solely for fashion and entertainment purposes. By using and placing an order with Drippypets.com, Drippypetshop.com, drippypetgear.com, you agree to our terms of service and agree you will not Chargeback your order on your credit card or merchant account.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
All items purchased within the last 30 days are returnable (excluding items listed below).
- Items marked as final sale
- Items Opened or worn
- Items discounted 40% or higher
- Free gifts and promotional items with retail value
- All Bedding/Toys, Bowls, Feeders, Gadgets, or Bags
- Items not purchased directly from our online store cannot be returned
- Made-to-order/custom items
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS RETURNED TO SENDER, UNCLAIMED, OR REFUSED?
In the event that your order is returned to us marked as “Return to Sender,” “Unclaimed” or “Refused,” you will be contacted immediately and a reshipping fee must be paid. If the you decide that you no longer want to proceed with the order, Drippy Pets may provide the option for refund less initial shipping charges and any charges incurred to accept the returned package. Please note that the reshipping fee and the initial shipping fee may vary depending on the delivery address and method.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information including phone number. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
Drippy Pets does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please Note: If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Drippy Pets will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped out.
- Buyer no longer wants the items. This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Drippy Pets. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else. Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
